About Sarah Wynne
Sarah Wynne is a trauma-certified clinical social worker who specializes in perinatal mental health and supporting individuals and families through life’s most tender transitions. With a background in education and extensive experience as a birth and bereavement doula, Sarah brings a deeply compassionate, informed, and steady presence to her work. She understands the emotional complexity of pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the many changes that come with becoming or longing to become a parent.

Sarah is trained in EMDR and works from a trauma-informed lens, supporting clients in processing difficult experiences while building resilience and a sense of safety in their bodies and relationships. She has experience working with women, adolescents, and children across the lifespan, and tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Her therapeutic style is holistic and integrative, drawing from somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. Sarah believes healing happens not only through insight, but through reconnecting with the body, cultivating self-compassion, and finding meaning in one’s story. She often encourages movement when possible, awareness of routines, spending time in nature, and mindfulness as pathways toward overall wellness and balance.

Outside of the therapy room, Sarah enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with her family—values that naturally inform her grounded, whole-person approach to care.
